Ever checked a box that says you agree with someone's terms/privacy policy without actually reading them?
We get it. We're not saying we sponsor such an idea, but when companies create 30-page long documents written up by lawyers with tons of fancy words and extremely boring "content" (if you can call it that...), it's not hard to see why people do it.
That's why we've worked hard to make these short, simple, and to the point. So if you care about your rights or your privacy, please consider reading this one for once. We know what being a customer is like!
And as always: thanks for your support of the projects under this umbrella. It is sincerely appreciated.

Part 1: Who wrote thisThe legal team of A Different Kind of Kingdom (ADKK), dedicated to joining God in restoring mankind to what they were always designed for, with a variety to how that's accomplished! The site's located right here, and the missions are still rather new... for now. The goal is those kinds of exciting things, not legal boredom. When it comes to these types of matters, A Different Kind of Kingdom is based out of Florida, in the good ol' USA.
Part 2: Our termsTo enjoy A Different Kind of Kingdom websites and services, you agree with the following:
•
Data gets collected per the terms of the ADKK Privacy Policy.
• You will not defraud or abuse ADKK services.
• When ADKK services are related, you will treat other people with respect.
• When
payments are handled, they will be handled through PIX/interbank transfer, and/or the payment processor Stripe. That will subject you to those payment processors' respective terms as well.
• Regarding
refunds, they will comply with applicable legal minimums. In addition to that, the refunds and return policy in part 3 will also be enforced.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using ADKK services. Note that failure to act in accordance with these terms, upon A Different Kind of Kingdom's evaluation, may result in denial of service or removal.
Part 3: Policies (Returns, Refunds, Exchanges)A Different Kind of Kingdom has various products and services, but across them we do our best to uphold the same qualities of care our customers have come to love.
Apparel Returns: We follow legal minimums and have our own 7-day return policy for our apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and return it in the same condition it was received in, you can
get into contact with us to follow our Return Process. To return your product, you should follow the instructions we give you in the Return Process, generally mailing your product and the return form to the address we provide for you there. As long as you are within our normal 7-day window and it was a reasonable order and within the continental US, we will help with the shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item for factors outside of our control. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be electronically sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will send the exchanged item either upon photo of receipt of your shipped-back product or reception of the product, at our discretion. For refunds, as long you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within as few days as we're reasonably able to make happen. If your refund is taking a while, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please
contact us using the form on the website (also linked in this section for convenience).
Partnering: We are so thankful for every single partner, and please note that donations and partnership contributions are generally final!
Part 4: ContactIf you have questions about these terms, please
contact us using the form on the website (also linked in this section for convenience).
Thank you!!

Part 1: Who wrote thisThe legal team of A Different Kind of Kingdom, dedicated to joining God in restoring mankind to what they were always designed for, with a variety to how that's accomplished! The site's located right here, and the missions are still rather new... for now. The goal is those kinds of exciting things, not data collection. When it comes to these types of matters, A Different Kind of Kingdom is based out of Florida, in the good ol' USA.
Part 2: Privacy Policy NoteTo enjoy A Different Kind of Kingdom websites and services, you agree that
Data gets collected per the terms of the ADKK Privacy Policy. A Different Kind of Kingdom has various products and services, but across them we do our best to uphold the same qualities of care our customers have come to love.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using ADKK services.
Part 3: When Data Gets CollectedTechnically speaking, data gets collected when you use or support ADKK.
For example:
• when you enter into contact with ADKK (such as through DMs, social media, or contact forms)
• when you keep in contact with ADKK
• when you comment on the site
• when you buy ADKK products or contribute money to ADKK
• when you sign up to support ADKK
• when you sign up for/maintain an account on the ADKK site
• when you follow ADKK, message ADKK, support ADKK, etc. through one of the services we use (i.e. Ko-Fi, Instagram, etc.)
Data is also technically collected whenever someone visits the site at all for metrics purposes (such as knowing what countries people are visiting the site from, which is common practice online), but the majority of that is generally aggregated data. Cookies around these parts are optional and are for things like metrics and saving your account log-in info :)
Part 4: What Data Gets CollectedExactly what data gets collected depends on what exactly you use related to ADKK and where you use it. Some ADKK services may be run through Ko-Fi or Instagram, with your data therefore additionally being handled by Ko-Fi or Instagram in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policies. The same logic applies on any other service used by or related to ADKK. Whether there or here, there's certain data that can be collected in order to operate and make dreams come true. That data can include things like the following:
• IP Addresses & Browser/Device Info (ex: what web browser or OS you're using)
• Email Addresses
• Names
• Phone numbers
• Messages/communications
• Comments/reviews/testimonials
• Account info (username, profile picture, etc.)
• Preferences (such as your language preference)
Due to the nature of our work, payment information (like exact credit card numbers) is processed to make it happen, usually via third-party payment processors (Stripe), rather than directly by us. We may come into contact with payment data though, for example the last digits of cards or product choices, payment amounts and your billing address(es) and name, though.
Part 5: Who Sees Your DataWe are not "selling data" fans. Your data is seen by us and the services utilized to deliver what we do (i.e. Ko-Fi, Instagram, etc.). If you put stuff out publicly, know that other people can see that, so use your good general internet etiquette. Also while you're at it, just make sure you're being respectful and constructive!
Part 6: Data Security and Your Data RightsDirect payment data is handled by top-of-the-industry payment processors like Stripe. Data that does get collected by us or, for instance, shared with us by them, (see section 3) is encrypted via SSL encryption where reasonably possible, helping protect it. However, please do know that on the whole internet, data leaks and malicious attacks sadly do happen, therefore please understand there are inherent risks whenever you use the internet and share data, including on my sites too.
We try to regularly (at least bi-yearly) delete any sensitive information like mailing addresses that are no longer needed on our end, and data that would be reasonable for us to have on hand server-side you may request a copy of or deletion of at any time by getting in touch via the contact form. Please note that we can't delete data we're obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Part 7: ContactIf you have questions about these terms, please
contact us using the form on the website (also linked in this section for convenience).
Thank you!!
